There's no one-size-fits-all approach because every workshop business is different. What works brilliantly for one person might not work for someone else, so we'll always start with you, your goals and the kind of business you want to build.

Some people need help planning their very first workshop. Others want to fill their calendar more consistently, feel more confident with their marketing or work out what comes next.

Workshop Business Strategy Session

Sometimes all you need is an hour and a half with someone who's been there before. Someone to listen, ask the right questions and help you see a way forward. That's exactly what these sessions are for. A 90 minute mentoring session designed to help you move forward with confidence.

Before we meet, I'll send you a short questionnaire so I can get to know you and your business.

Then we'll spend 90 minutes focusing on whatever feels most important to you.

That might include:

  • Turning your idea into your first workshop

  • Pricing your workshops

  • Finding the right venues

  • Marketing your workshops

  • Getting more bookings

  • Creating a plan for the months ahead

After our session, you'll receive a personalised action plan, plus a week of WhatsApp support while you put everything into action.

Before we book any mentoring, we'll have a free 15 minute chat over Zoom.

It's a chance for you to tell me about your business, where you're feeling stuck and what you'd like to achieve. It's also a chance for us to get to know each other and make sure we're the right fit.

There's absolutely no pressure to book afterwards. If it feels like I can help, we can chat about the next steps. If not, you'll still leave with a few ideas and a little more clarity than when we started.
