Whether you're dreaming of running your first workshop or you're ready to grow the business you've already started, I'd love to help.
There's no one-size-fits-all approach because every creative business is different. What works brilliantly for one person might not work for someone else, so we'll always start with you, your goals and the kind of business you actually want to build.
You might need help getting your first workshop out into the world. You might want to get more people through the door, feel more confident with your marketing, make more money from what you're already doing or figure out what comes next.
Sometimes one conversation is enough to get you moving and sometimes it's really helpful to have someone in your corner for a little longer. Both are absolutely fine.
90 Minute Mentoring Session
Sometimes you just need 90 minutes with someone who's been there before. Someone to listen, ask the right questions, help you untangle all the ideas in your head and work out what you're actually going to do next. Before we meet, I'll send you a short questionnaire so I can get to know you, your business and what you'd most like help with. Then we'll spend 90 minutes working through whatever feels most important to you.
That might be:
Turning your idea into your first workshop
Pricing your workshops or offers
Finding and working with the right venues
Marketing your workshops and getting more bookings
Developing a new workshop or offer
Working out which of your 47 ideas you should actually focus on
These are practical sessions. I'm not interested in sitting and talking business theory at you for 90 minutes. We'll work through things together, make decisions and make sure you leave knowing exactly what you're going to do next. Afterwards, I'll send you a personalised action plan so you don't have to frantically take notes while we're talking. You'll also have a week of WhatsApp support while you start putting everything into action.

One session might be exactly what you need, but if you'd like some ongoing support as you put your plans into action, we can keep working together.
Some clients like to meet every month. Others find that every couple of months gives them enough time to go away, do the work and come back when they're ready for the next step. You might only need a check-in once a quarter. We'll work out what makes sense for you.
There's no package to sign up to and no long term contract. Each session is £149 and we'll book the next one when it feels useful.
When we're working together on an ongoing basis, you'll also have WhatsApp support as you put your plans into action. So if you get stuck, need a quick second opinion or want to run something past me, you don't always have to wait until we next meet.

Before we book any mentoring, we'll have a free 15 minute chat over Zoom.
It's a chance for you to tell me about your business, where you're feeling stuck and what you'd like to achieve. It's also a chance for us to get to know each other and make sure we're the right fit.
There's absolutely no pressure to book afterwards. If it feels like I can help, we can chat about the next steps. If not, you'll still leave with a few ideas and a little more clarity than when we started.
