Work In Progress
Ongoing mentoring for creative workshop business owners who'd like a little support along the way.
Running your own creative business can feel a bit lonely sometimes, can't it?
You've got all these ideas, decisions to make and things you want to achieve, but often there's nobody to talk them through with. Your friends and family might be wonderfully supportive, but they don't necessarily understand the ins and outs of running a creative workshop business. That's where Work in Progress comes in.
This is my ongoing mentoring programme for creative workshop business owners who'd like regular support, advice and someone to help them stay on track.
We'll meet every month to talk about how things are going, what you're working towards and anything that's getting in your way. You can use our sessions to ask questions, work through challenges, plan something new or simply take some time to think about your business without getting distracted by everything else on your to-do list.
And because I know that questions and problems don't always pop up conveniently during a mentoring session, you'll also be able to message me on WhatsApp between our calls.
I'm not going to tell you that you need to run more workshops, earn six figures or turn your business into something enormous. If that's what you want, brilliant, but if you'd rather run a handful of lovely, profitable workshops each month and have plenty of time for everything else in your life, that's absolutely fine too.
We'll work towards whatever success looks like for you.
What's included:
A two hour private mentoring session every month (you can split this into two sessions if you prefer).
WhatsApp support between sessions for questions, ideas and those moments when you need a second opinion.
A personalised action plan to help you focus on what's important.
Regular accountability to help you keep moving forward.
Access to any of my online workshops or group mentoring programmes.
Whether you're trying to get your first workshops off the ground or you've been running them for years and want to make some changes, Work in Progress gives you someone to talk things through with, celebrate the good bits and help figure out the tricky ones.
